Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Return must be initiated and received within the 15-day window

Refund Timeline

After receiving your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be issued back to your original payment method. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping fee is borne by the customer.
